Privacy policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026. This policy explains what Advanced Thai Reading ("we") collects when you use the website and the Android app, operated by AdvancedThai, India.
What we collect
- Email address, when you sign in. We use it to send sign-in codes and to link your membership to your account.
- Subscription records: plan, start and end dates, and the payment provider's subscription ID or Google Play purchase token.
- Server logs: IP address and request times, kept for up to 30 days for security.
We do not collect card or bank details. Card payments on the website are handled by Razorpay; purchases in the Android app are handled by Google Play. Their privacy policies apply to that data.
Your lesson progress and settings are stored only in your browser or app on your device.
How we use it
To provide the service, give members access to lessons, answer support requests and meet legal obligations such as keeping tax records. We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Razorpay and Google (payments), our hosting provider and our email provider, each only as needed to run the service.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by emailing support@advancedthai.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 79077 16434. We reply within 30 days.
Retention
We keep account and subscription records while your account exists, and billing records as long as the law requires.
